2. Reset the pocket wifi
If the network signal strength LED of your device blinks in red, then it means you are outside service area. Please move to the area with stronger signal such as near the window, overground and etc. Verify that you are in a place with coverage via the below link:
If there is no coverage in your area, your pocket wifi will not work – please contact us.
Refer to the below picture to reset your pocket wifi. Please press the reset button for 10 seconds.
