Troubleshooting Steps

Solve WiFi problems fast with our easy-to-follow steps

1. Check your network coverage

If your device’s network signal strength LED is blinking red, it may indicate that you are outside the service area. Please move to an area with a stronger signal, such as near a window or on higher ground.

2. Reset your Pocket WiFi device

Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to reset your device. Once the device is reset, try to reconnect to the network.

3. Reconnect to the WiFi network

Disable and re-enable the WiFi feature on the device you are attempting to connect to the WiFi network. Then, try to connect to the network again.
