It was convenient to order, obtain, and operate the WifFi hotspot. Price was good and easy to get them at the airport. The only down part was that the hotspot did not really last the whole day as it went out of battery after a few hours on some days. Otherwise no complaints.

I was very impressed with how well it worked, everywhere. It was easy getting the device when I arrived and easy to return. It was a time and life saver. My wife first said it was a waste of money but once she signed on, she loved it. It was great that people in the US could just call our normal number and reach us. It was needed to contact was when an emergency happened back home. I would 1000% recommend it for anyone...

The reception was great we were able to use it wherever we were. The problem we had is we didn’t really know which counter to go to at the airport as our receipt did not show the company name. Took us awhile to finally figure it out.

Easy to pick up and easy to use. Only thing is the battery on the pocket wifi would die out by noon sometimes. But overall I would use again!
It was really easy and handy to have WiFi everywhere. The pick-up was at Incheon Airport. The employee spoke good English. Only the life of the battery was short and it took a couple of hours to get fully charged. The helpdesk was great. But i certainly reccomend.
The pocket wifi was great, the only issue is with the battery life, it was a bit short. Overall the speed was really good, even with 3 devices. Some other people mentioned and i experienced the same thing when i looked for the kiosk where i needed to pick up the wifi, didnt know that i was at the right place or not, and the lack of english speakers around the airport didnt help much to find it. And the women at the different kiosk didnt even know that the wifi rental was next to her and wanted to send us to 2 level above. But when we made sure that we were at the right place from the beginning, the service was quick and good when we picked it up and the return was smooth and easy too. Overall it was great.

Pretty good experience. The WiFi egg was very slim compared to most companies that I've used. WiFi worked most of the time (96%). Return and pick up was easy

It was easy to make a reservation for the rental and the price was great. The wifi worked well in Seoul and the DMZ area. The only issue was that we had a hard time identifying the kiosk as the company rents out under the name of KT counter, not under the name, “Pocket Wifi Korea”. I needed to ask 2 people to find out which counter it was from. Even the woman who worked right next to the KT Pocket Wifi Korea did not know the counter was right next to her and she tried to send us far.

Limited availability in many areas. Kept losing connection. Needed to reboot many times each day
