Pocket wifi worked great. Even though you can have free wifi at many locations in korea, we enjoyed having this. We never had to change the connection. Only point that could be better, is the battery capacity. Our item was low on battery usually way before we were back at the hotel, say within 9 hrs. There is no powerbank included, but luckily i brought one myself

Super easy to use. Great signals. Didn’t have any issue. Better than risking for roaming signals for sure. Lasts 7-10 hours so if you’ll be outside longer than that, bring a power bank to charge.

This was great! The girl at the counter even helped me get my phone connected. The rental came with a plug that worked in Korea with a USB slot which was perfect so that I could also use it to charge my phone. No problems at all with wifi, so I was pleased.

Very satisfied with the service you provided, and I was always on line. The battery capacity could have been a little bit better, so it's recommended with an extra power bank. Easy pick up and return at Incheon airport. All in all, very happy! I can recommend you👍

We did want to mess with eSIMs for our trip and decided to use a pocket wifi. Pocket Korea provided an extremely convenient pick up and return process at Incheon Airport, and connectivity was very reliable during our trip. The puck was thin and lightweight, better than other pocket WiFis I have used in the past.

Reliable wifi through out country and easy pick up and drop off at Incheon Airport. Would be nice to have option to rent power pack too, as battery runs out after 8-10 hours
