Healing Music Festival

Presenting a series of concerts of soothing music for the fourth year, the annual Healing Music Festival is set to run on September 7th through 9th under the theme of “Rendezvous of Music and Nature”. This time, the festival will be held on Jeju Island, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage, in celebration of the island’s hosting the World Conservation Congress.

This year’s lineup includes American pianist and proud recipient of the United Nations’ Environment Leadership Award, Peter Kater; leading healing music groups from Korea, Orientango and day Dream; and, one of the top symphony orchestras from the Czech Republic, the Prague Philharmonia.

In addition, a series of experience programs, collectively titled Mind Healing Playground, will offer experiences of walking on Jeju Olle paths, exploring Jeju Stone Park, and playing with musical instruments used in making ‘healing music’.

Admission fees range from 100,000 won to 20,000 won.
