Haeundae, Songjeong, Gwangalli, and Songdo beaches in Busan will open on the first of June.
The four beaches will be partially open to the public until June 30th, and fully open to greet summer vacationers from all over the country from July 1st through August 31st. After the high season, partially-open services will continue until September 10th for last-minute vacationers.
Fun events will celebrate the start of the beach season. Haeundae Beach will host a sand sculpture experience program, nighttime street performances, and salsa dance festival, while Songjeong Beach will run a water sports experience zone. Gwangalli Beach will hold street performances and music concerts. A musical fountain and guitar club recitals will entertain visitors to Songdo Beach.
June 1 – 30: partial opening
July 1 – August 31: full opening
September 1 – 10: partial opening
